It was an awful kind of day today but, I had some lovely blueberries, watched my kids "graduate" from fifth grade, said goodbye to my master teacher, and submitted my teaching event. An awful, amazing day. :)
It is by God's hands and only by His, that I can complete this final obstacle. God be with me, for I am not wise or strong enough.

My dad likes this photo enough to hang up in the house. My mom wants to hang some photos taken by me, Greg, and Candace in the house. It's a neat idea and I'm excited about it happening. I am trying to buckle down and get some writing done. If I can tread water and survive the weekend, I'm home free. God be with me.

It was absolutely wonderful to be able to see my babies after school today. I went over to Hancock as soon as the half-day of school ended. They all greeted me with hugs... and TONS of them!! LoL. I'm again excited about this whole process! Ha.
If I don't wake up with better eyes tomorrow, I'm not going in.
I'm just not enjoying myself... at all.

Just when you thought it was all over...
When I woke up this morning, my eyes hurt more, looked worse, and only got worse throughout the day. It was awful.
I got home and just started crying.
My dad make an appointment with the family ophthalmologist and drove me up to see him. It turns out that the medication prescribed to me on friday caused an allergic reaction in my eyes. It was awful and I hope to never go through it again. I have new meds and my eyes will soon be healed. Thank You, God!

The kids will spend the week working on social studies projects... and I will spend my nights working on the teaching event. I'm a little nervous about the prompts that frustrate me but I'm sure they can get done. That's what matters, right? *sigh*

I am eager to move to Seattle.
Before this, I wasn't on the cusp of finishing.
Now that I'm just about done with school, it's all I want.
Well... not all I want...
But it's the only thing I want in which I have any say in the matter.
I have at least one more semester, with math classes.
After that, however, I might be moving into a Seattle loft to live.
Everything you choose has a certain consequence.
I pray that God will guide me in my decision.

I didn't do too much better today.
I felt like I had, but I am still behind the curve.
My master teacher is actually taking over writing.
She says that I need more modeling to know what I need to do.
To top it off, I'm behind in my SS CAT and Science CAT, BUT I cannot focus on either right now, because I have to fix the TE lesson for tomorrow... Again. I still have to complete the first SS lesson, just in case I end up teaching it tomorrow.
I'm tired.
I'm frustrated.
And I have to leave my house between 6:50 and 6:55 tomorrow.
It's been difficult enough trying to get out of the house by 7:10.
I need sleep.

This tuesday, I'm meeting with my professor to review my SS unit.
I haven't yet began to write it down.
In addition, I need to finish writing and revising the 3 lit. lessons.
I'm teaching them tomorrow.
Just one month of this heck more and I'm free.
Today I'm ONE with my books.
