Not that today was a bad day or because there was anything to avoid really. I am just exhausted from all the unbridled thoughts running through my head constantly. I have some homework to do. I have a book to read. I have potential dancing I can be a part of. Why can't I seem to build up the necessary motivation or energy for any of it? How deep is this rut?
